Welcome to a.c.pro!
Most people who sign-up for a.c.pro are already in the middle of a project with an urgent need for better communication and management. With that in mind, we created the a.c.pro Quick Start Guide to help get you up and running in a.c.pro in a very short amount of time. Using this guide, you can sign-up your team for a.c.pro accounts, create your project and start entering project items within just a few minutes.
The Quick Start Guide is divíded into three documents. If you are starting from scratch and have never before had an a.c.pro account, you should read through all three of these documents. If you and your team already have a.c.pro user accounts and you just need a refresher on creating projects and items, then you can probably skip the first document.
Each of the links below will open the document in a separate window. With two windows open, you can dedicate one to the Quick Start Guide and the other to a.c.pro itself as you follow along.

Scripting a custom workflow for a project
Overview:
a.c.pro provides a standard workflow for project
information. Although some aspects of this workflow are parameterisable,
it may sometimes be useful to script a custom workflow. a.c.pro allows you
to create a script per project which is executed during important
actions.
Using XML to integrate a.c.pro with external systems
Overview:
a.c.pro provides an XML
interface which allows you to add users, projects, items etc. programmatically
from within the workflow of external systems.
